Safety, responsibility and engineering integrity
Policies, Safety & Marketplace Trust
Moksha3D is being planned as more than a commercial website. These standards explain how we intend to protect users, support responsible sellers and maintain confidence in engineering and marketplace information.
Prevent
Clear standards
Explain what may be listed, what is prohibited and what sellers must provide before publication.
Protect
Confidential reporting
Provide a separate, private route for abuse, safety, ownership and misleading-listing concerns.
Improve
Continuous review
Review reports, improve procedures and provide a clear channel for suggestions from the community.
01Marketplace Rules
Marketplace participants must act honestly, responsibly and lawfully. Sellers must own their models or hold permission to sell them, provide accurate listing information and use preview images that honestly represent the downloadable files.
AI-generated or substantially AI-assisted models must be disclosed. Listings may be reviewed before publication and may be rejected, suspended or removed if they do not meet Moksha3D requirements.
Read Marketplace Rules02Prohibited Content
Moksha3D does not permit illegal, sexually obscene, exploitative, hateful, threatening, fraudulent or dangerously misleading content. Stolen designs, unauthorised intellectual property and models intended to facilitate serious harm are also prohibited.
Automated screening and human review may be used to identify content that appears incompatible with platform standards.
Read Prohibited Content Guidelines03Child Safety
Moksha3D has zero tolerance for content that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers or sexualises children. This includes realistic, fictional, illustrated, computer-generated and child-like 3D content.
Content presenting an immediate or serious child-safety concern may be removed, preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
Read Child Safety Standards04Privacy and Personal Information
Moksha3D aims to collect only the information needed to operate, protect and improve the platform. Private account details must not be displayed publicly without an appropriate reason and permission.
Read Privacy Policy05Moderation, Review and Enforcement
Moksha3D may investigate reported content, request further information, restrict publication, remove listings or take proportionate account action where platform standards appear to have been breached.
A submitted report does not automatically establish wrongdoing or guarantee a particular outcome. Reviews should be conducted confidentially and fairly.
06Suggestions and Continuous Improvement
Users are encouraged to suggest improvements to Moksha3D policies, engineering tools and marketplace procedures. General suggestions must remain separate from urgent safety or abuse reports.
Share a SuggestionReport a safety or abuse concern
Do not use the suggestions form to report abuse
Use the confidential Report Abuse page for child-safety concerns, sexual or obscene content, threats, hate, violence, dangerous models, ownership infringement, fraud or unsafe engineering claims.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. In the United Kingdom, call 999.
Planning and legal-review notice
These pages describe the planned Moksha3D marketplace standards. They are not a substitute for professional legal advice. Policies should receive an appropriate legal and operational review before marketplace payments and public seller uploads are enabled.
