Prohibited Content Guidelines

Moksha3D does not permit pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene or exploitative content. This restriction applies to generated models, uploaded files, preview images, listing descriptions and community content.

Prohibited material includes:

• Explicit sexual acts or sexually graphic representations.
• Nude models presented primarily for sexual gratification or exploitation.
• Sexualised violence, coercion, abuse or humiliation.
• Content created or presented without the depicted person's consent.
• Attempts to disguise prohibited sexual content through titles, categories, thumbnails or private delivery.

Limited non-sexual anatomical, medical, educational or artistic material may require additional review and must be accurately described.

Moksha3D strictly prohibits any sexual, exploitative or abusive representation involving a child or a person presented as a child.

This prohibition applies equally to realistic, fictional, animated, stylised, computer-generated and AI-generated material.

• Sexualised depictions of children or child-like characters are prohibited.
• Content that promotes, normalises, requests or facilitates child exploitation is prohibited.
• Attempts to evade detection through altered ages, coded language, private files or misleading descriptions are prohibited.
• Accounts connected with such material may be restricted immediately while the concern is investigated.

Suspected child-exploitation material may be preserved and referred to appropriate authorities or specialist reporting organisations where required.

Content that promotes hatred, dehumanisation, discrimination or violence against people because of protected or personal characteristics is prohibited.

• Calls for violence, exclusion or persecution.
• Degrading or dehumanising representations of protected groups.
• Praise, recruitment, propaganda or operational support for violent extremist organisations.
• Symbols or models used primarily to celebrate hate or intimidation.

Historical, educational or documentary material may require contextual explanation and additional review.

Users must not use Moksha3D to threaten, target, harass, stalk, intimidate or expose another person.

• Credible threats of physical or sexual harm.
• Targeted harassment or repeated unwanted contact.
• Publishing private information to facilitate abuse.
• Impersonating a person to humiliate, deceive or damage their reputation.
• Creating models or imagery intended to threaten an identifiable individual.

Moksha3D does not permit content that glorifies extreme cruelty, torture, sexual violence, real-world abuse or severe human suffering.

Content intended to shock, threaten, celebrate abuse or encourage violence may be rejected or removed. Educational, medical, historical or fictional material may require context and additional review.

Models designed to create, improve, conceal or unlawfully use weapons or other dangerous devices are prohibited.

• Functional firearms, essential firearm components or conversion devices.
• Explosives, detonators or destructive devices.
• Models intended to bypass safety controls or security protections.
• Instructions that materially assist the construction or harmful use of a weapon.
• Objects deliberately misrepresented as harmless decorative models.

Non-functional historical replicas, educational cutaways, toys or theatrical props may require clear labelling and additional review.

Moksha3D must not be used to sell illegal products or materially assist criminal activity.

• Counterfeit goods or fraudulent identification items.
• Devices designed to defeat locks, meters or security systems.
• Tools designed primarily for theft, intrusion or sabotage.
• Illegal surveillance or privacy-invasion devices.
• Files or instructions intended to facilitate fraud or other criminal conduct.

Legality can vary by location. Moksha3D may restrict a listing when its lawful purpose, ownership or intended use cannot be established.

Sellers must own the designs they submit or hold sufficient permission to generate, upload, distribute and sell them.

• Copied or stolen models are prohibited.
• Protected logos, characters or product designs must not be used without appropriate permission.
• Removing ownership marks or falsely claiming authorship is prohibited.
• AI assistance does not remove the seller's responsibility to respect intellectual-property rights.

Moksha3D may request evidence of authorship, licensing or permission before publishing or restoring a listing.

Listings and account information must be honest, accurate and not designed to mislead users.

• Preview images must honestly represent the downloadable model.
• Dimensions, file formats and included items must be accurate.
• AI-generated or substantially AI-assisted models must be disclosed.
• Users must not impersonate another seller, company or rights holder.
• Reviews, sales, downloads or engagement must not be artificially manipulated.

Sellers must not make unsupported claims about engineering performance, safety, certification or manufacturing suitability.

• Do not describe a model as certified, tested or production-ready without suitable evidence.
• Do not guarantee compatibility with every printer, material or manufacturing process.
• Safety-critical applications must identify important limitations and required professional assessment.
• Automated analysis results must not be altered or presented misleadingly.

Moksha3D analysis may identify potential concerns but does not replace qualified engineering judgement, physical testing or required certification.

Moksha3D may use automated systems to screen prompts, images, model files, listing information and account activity for potential safety or policy concerns.

Automated screening may produce errors. Flagged material may be restricted temporarily and referred for human review where appropriate.

Users must not attempt to evade screening through coded wording, misleading previews, hidden files or repeated modified submissions.

Moksha3D may investigate suspected breaches and take proportionate action based on the nature, seriousness and frequency of the concern.

• Request clarification, ownership evidence or corrected files.
• Delay, reject or remove a listing.
• Restrict generation, uploading, selling or account access.
• Suspend or close accounts involved in serious or repeated abuse.
• Preserve relevant records and cooperate with appropriate authorities where legally required.

A submitted report does not automatically establish wrongdoing. Reviews should be conducted confidentially, consistently and fairly.
