Prevent
Zero tolerance
Prohibit exploitative content, sexualised child-like models and attempts to generate or distribute harmful material.
Protecting children is non-negotiable
Moksha3D does not permit the sexual exploitation, endangerment or abuse of children. These planned safeguards explain how prohibited content should be prevented, reported, reviewed and removed.
Prevent
Prohibit exploitative content, sexualised child-like models and attempts to generate or distribute harmful material.
Protect
Provide a private reporting route with access limited to authorised safety reviewers.
Respond
Remove prohibited material, restrict accounts and cooperate with appropriate authorities where required.
Moksha3D does not permit content, models, images, prompts, listings or communications that sexually exploit, endanger or abuse children.
This prohibition also applies to sexualised child-like characters, synthetic or AI-generated depictions, grooming behaviour and attempts to obtain or distribute exploitative material.
Prohibited material includes:
Marketplace submissions and generation requests may be subject to automated screening and human review.
Moksha3D may prevent generation, reject publication, restrict access, preserve relevant records or suspend an account where a child-safety concern is identified.
Safety screening supports moderation but cannot identify every violation. Users should report any concern promptly.
Child-safety reports should be handled confidentially, fairly and with access limited to authorised reviewers.
Moksha3D may request further information, restrict relevant content, preserve records and make reports to the appropriate authorities or specialist organisations where required.
Submitting a report does not automatically establish wrongdoing, but every credible child-safety concern should receive appropriate review.
Do not download, reproduce, forward or publicly share suspected exploitative material in order to report it.
Where possible, provide the listing URL, account name, date, time and a clear non-graphic description of the concern.
Personal information supplied through a report should be collected only where necessary for safety review, investigation and required reporting.
Moksha3D may remove content, reject listings, restrict features, suspend accounts or permanently close accounts where child-safety standards appear to have been breached.
Relevant information may be preserved and provided to law-enforcement agencies or recognised child-protection organisations when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect a child.
