Moksha3D Marketplace Standards

Marketplace Rules for Responsible Sellers

These rules explain what sellers must provide, how models are reviewed and what standards apply before a listing can be published.

OWN

Prove ownership

Sell only models you own or have clear permission to distribute.

DESCRIBE

List honestly

Use accurate information and no more than four honest preview images.

VERIFY

Submit evidence

Provide the exact STL file with its matching engineering-analysis PDF.

01Seller Eligibility and Responsibility

Sellers must provide accurate account information and act honestly, responsibly and lawfully when using the Moksha3D marketplace.

  • Sellers must be legally able to enter into marketplace transactions.
  • Account and payment information must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • Sellers remain responsible for every model, image, description and file submitted through their account.
  • Accounts must not be shared or used to evade review, restrictions or enforcement.
02Seller Ownership and Permissions

A seller must own every submitted model or hold clear permission to sell and distribute it.

  • Copied, stolen or unauthorised models must not be listed.
  • Copyrights, trademarks, licences and third-party rights must be respected.
  • A seller must be able to provide evidence of ownership or permission when requested.
  • Submitting a model does not transfer its ownership to Moksha3D.
  • Listings may be suspended while an ownership concern is investigated.
03Honest Listings and Preview Images

Every listing must accurately represent the exact downloadable model being offered.

  • A listing may include a maximum of four preview images.
  • The primary image must clearly show the model being sold.
  • Preview images must honestly represent the downloadable geometry and must not hide significant defects.
  • Titles, descriptions, dimensions, scale, file formats and manufacturing claims must be accurate.
  • Decorative renders may be used only when they do not misrepresent the supplied model.
  • A listing must clearly identify any files, instructions or supporting material included with the purchase.
04Exact STL File and Matching Analysis PDF

Sellers must analyse the exact STL model using the Moksha3D STL Analyser and download its engineering-analysis PDF.

  • The same, unchanged STL file and its matching PDF must be submitted together for marketplace review.
  • A listing cannot be published without the required matching PDF.
  • The seller must repeat the analysis whenever the submitted STL geometry changes.
  • Moksha3D analysis identifies potential geometry and manufacturing concerns but does not guarantee successful production on every printer, material or manufacturing process.

05AI-Generation Disclosure

AI-generated or substantially AI-assisted models must be identified clearly in the listing.

  • Sellers must disclose when AI was used to generate or substantially modify a model.
  • AI assistance does not remove the seller’s responsibility for ownership, accuracy, quality or safety.
  • Prompts, reference images and generated results must not infringe another person’s rights.
  • Listings must not claim that an AI-generated model was manually designed when that claim is untrue.
06Pricing and Marketplace Fees

Sellers set their own model prices. Applicable listing and marketplace fees must be shown before a listing is submitted for publication.

Standard Seller

£3.99 one-time fee per published model and a 5% marketplace fee when the model sells.

Premium Seller

Free reviewed listings and a 15% marketplace fee on each completed sale, with enhanced marketplace visibility.

  • Seller plans are separate from AI-generation credit packages.
  • Enhanced or featured placement does not guarantee views or sales.
  • Prices and fees shown are part of the planned introductory structure and may be reviewed before payments are enabled.
  • Payments are not connected yet.
07Review, Rejection and Enforcement

Every listing may be reviewed for ownership, content, accuracy, engineering information and compliance with marketplace standards.

  • Moksha3D may request additional information or corrections before publication.
  • A listing may be rejected, restricted or removed when it does not meet marketplace requirements.
  • Serious or repeated breaches may result in account restrictions or suspension.
  • A submitted report does not automatically establish wrongdoing.
  • Reviews should be conducted confidentially, consistently and fairly.
