3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement to use paid Moksha3D services.

Where you use Moksha3D on behalf of a company, organisation or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act on their behalf and bind them to these terms.

4. User Accounts

Some services may require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details current.

  • You are responsible for protecting your password.
  • You must not allow unauthorised persons to use your account.
  • You must notify Moksha3D promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure for which Moksha3D is legally responsible.

5. Engineering Tools and Services

Moksha3D may provide tools for analysing, validating, converting, repairing, slicing, previewing and preparing digital engineering models.

Tool availability, supported formats, file limits, processing times and output features may change as the platform develops.

Some features may be provided as research, preview, beta or experimental services and may not offer the same stability as production services.

6. Engineering and Manufacturing Disclaimer

Moksha3D analysis, validation scores, automated reports, repair suggestions, slicing outputs, weight estimates, manufacturing assessments and AI-generated results are intended to assist engineering workflows.

They do not guarantee that a model is safe, structurally suitable, manufacturable, dimensionally accurate, legally compliant or successful when printed or manufactured.

Manufacturing success may depend on factors outside Moksha3D, including material properties, machine calibration, printer settings, supports, orientation, operator experience, tolerances, post-processing and equipment condition.

You remain responsible for appropriate professional, engineering, safety and manufacturing verification before relying on any output.

7. Uploaded Files and User Content

You retain ownership of engineering files, images, text and other content you upload to Moksha3D.

You grant Moksha3D a limited permission to host, copy, process, transform and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the service you requested, maintain the platform, prevent misuse and comply with law.

You confirm that you own the uploaded content or have all necessary permissions to use and process it.

8. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, submit, generate, advertise or distribute content that:

  • Infringes intellectual-property rights.
  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or defamatory.
  • Contains malicious software, destructive code or harmful technical instructions.
  • Violates privacy, confidentiality or data-protection rights.
  • Is intended to create unlawful weapons or facilitate criminal activity.
  • Places unreasonable loads on the platform or attempts to disrupt its operation.

9. Acceptable Use

You must use Moksha3D lawfully and responsibly.

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
  • Do not reverse engineer restricted platform components except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Do not evade usage limits, subscriptions, credits or access controls.
  • Do not use automated systems to scrape, overload or exploit the platform.
  • Do not misrepresent Moksha3D outputs as professionally certified where they are not.

10. Artificial Intelligence Services

Some services may use artificial intelligence or automated processing to generate models, reports, classifications, recommendations or other outputs.

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review and validate outputs before using them in engineering, manufacturing, commercial or safety-critical contexts.

11. Marketplace and Third-Party Sellers

Moksha3D may provide a marketplace through which designers, creators, manufacturers or other third parties offer digital models, engineering services or manufactured products.

Unless Moksha3D is expressly identified as the seller, the contract for a marketplace item may be between the buyer and the relevant third-party seller.

Additional marketplace, seller, uploader, licensing and manufacturing terms may apply to particular transactions.

12. Manufacturers and Production Partners

Where you request manufacturing, Moksha3D may share necessary design files, specifications and contact information with a selected manufacturing provider.

Manufacturing quotations, lead times, tolerances, materials, shipping arrangements and production outcomes may depend on the relevant manufacturer and project requirements.

13. Prices, Credits and Payments

Prices, credit requirements and included services will be displayed before purchase where applicable.

  • Prices may be changed for future purchases, subscriptions or credit packs.
  • Credits may only be used for eligible Moksha3D services.
  • Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred unless expressly permitted.
  • Taxes, delivery charges or manufacturing costs may be added where applicable.
  • Payment services may be handled by an independent payment provider.

14. Subscriptions and Renewals

Where Moksha3D introduces recurring subscriptions, the price, billing interval, renewal terms and cancellation method will be shown before you subscribe.

You may cancel a recurring subscription in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided with that subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not automatically reverse charges already incurred.

15. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Consumers may have statutory cancellation and refund rights under UK law. Those rights are not excluded or reduced by these terms.

Different rules can apply to services, personalised goods, digital downloads and digital content supplied immediately after the customer has expressly requested performance.

Where legally required, Moksha3D will provide relevant cancellation information before an order is completed.

16. Refunds, Corrections and Failed Services

Refund or correction eligibility depends on the service, transaction and applicable law.

Where a paid digital service fails because of a verified Moksha3D technical error, we may repeat the service, restore credits, correct the output or provide another appropriate remedy.

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided merely because a correctly generated engineering result does not produce the manufacturing outcome a user expected.

17. Intellectual Property

Moksha3D and its licensors retain ownership of the website, software, interface, branding, documentation, underlying technology and original platform content.

These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Moksha3D intellectual property.

18. Availability and Platform Changes

We aim to provide a reliable platform but cannot promise that every service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may maintain, update, replace, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational or technical reasons.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

Moksha3D may integrate with or link to third-party hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, payment, AI, manufacturing or communication services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Moksha3D is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its reasonable control.

20. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Moksha3D Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Marketing consent and cookie consent will be requested separately where required and are not treated as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

21. Suspension and Termination

Moksha3D may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, prevent harm, protect users, secure the platform or comply with legal obligations.

We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

22. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to applicable law, Moksha3D is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, manufacturing failure, material waste or loss caused by reliance on an output that was not independently verified.

Consumer rights and remedies provided by law remain unaffected.

23. Indemnity

Where you use Moksha3D for business purposes, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the platform, infringement of third-party rights or serious breach of these terms.

24. Events Beyond Control

Moksha3D will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond its control, such as internet outages, cloud-service failures, cyber incidents, industrial action, natural disasters, government restrictions or major supply-chain disruption.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when services, laws, suppliers or business arrangements change.

The current version will be published on this page. Where a material change affects an active paid service, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice.

26. General Provisions

  • If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
  • A delay in enforcing a right does not normally waive that right.
  • You may not transfer your contractual rights without permission, except where applicable law permits it.
  • These terms and any expressly incorporated policies form the agreement governing use of Moksha3D.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.

Business disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed in writing.
